At Simply Axden, your health, safety, and satisfaction are our top priorities. Due to the personal nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any soaps or skincare items—regardless of whether they are opened or unopened.
We stand behind the quality of everything we make. If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the problem. Please note that this is not a guarantee of a refund. Each situation will be reviewed individually on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted only until your order has been shipped. Once an order has been marked as shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
